Process
The 3 weeks were primarily divided in research, concept + business development & Prototype + testing.
Concept development phase involved insight mapping & the 'How might we..' question methodology. This helped us define our opportunities better.
We built a digital prototype in the form of a landing page along with physical as well as digital surveys.
This gave us insights in terms of customer willingness.
